Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment:
- Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of $20
- A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
